This album was also created without a concrete starting point, without a firm intention, but rather inevitably: “If I don’t do this, I feel like I’m locked in a time capsule from the past,” continues the 66-year-old, who continues to delight his fans on stage with various smokie classics or early hits like “Midnight Lady” even after decades. Extremely multifaceted, grounded and personal, the latest studio album will be released on September 15. September 2017 on the label Solo Sound Records: It brings together some of the most haunting compositions that the Briton has launched in recent decades.
