This is a Live Recital recorded in 1994 during one of the many US concert tours of the special Cello-Guitar duo of Michael Kevin Jones and Agustín Maruri. At the time this duo was the only one in the world playing original music for this combination as well as some arrangements.

Agustín Maruri began his international musical career on March 28, 1987 in Munich offering his first guitar recital outside Spain. In these 30 years of professional career his activities have covered several fields in which the guitar has been the absolute protagonist.
In concert tours, both as a soloist and in chamber music ensembles, Agustín Maruri has offered recitals on all five continents.
He has carried out important works of exploration of the repertoire of the instrument rediscovering for the guitar audience the work of unjustly forgotten composers such as Adam Falckenhagen, (1697-1754), Wenzeslaus Thomas Matiegka, (1773-1830), Leonhard Von Call, (1779-1815), etc. Likewise, Agustín Maruri, has been the recipient of works by contemporary composers, premiering numerous compositions by living authors.
His discography consists of 30 titles published and distributed all over the world with the recognition of specialized international critics having obtained several international awards
