McFly return with their seventh studio album Power To Play. Tom Fletcher, Danny Jones, Harry Judd and Dougie Poynter are taking things into their own hands in a way they never anticipated. Throwing off the shackles of expectations, focusing on the things they love the most – primarily making music together with raw, loud and live guitars – and delivering their biggest, boldest and most brilliantly noisy statement yet. Following on from 2020’s Young Dumb Thrills, Power to Play is the seventh studio LP from English pop band McFly. The group’s second album following their return from hiatus in 2018, Power to Play returns to the group’s guitar-focused origins. Preceded by the singles “Where Did All the Guitars Go?,” “God of Rock & Roll,” and “Honey I’m Home,” it was released on BMG in June 2023. – David Crone
