Enhco, a grandson of conductor Jean-Claude Casadesus and son of soprano Caroline Casadesus, began learning the violin at the age of three and had piano lessons at the age of six. As a child, he performed with the Little Jazz Band in the Seine-et-Marne region. In 1998, Didier Lockwood invited him to perform at the Jazz à Juan festival. At the age of twelve, he began taking lessons at the Center des Musiques Didier Lockwood (CMDL); during this time, he played with Mike Stern, Biréli Lagrène, André Ceccarelli and Niels Henning Ørsted Pedersen, among others. At the age of 18, he had the opportunity to record his debut album Esquisse (2006) with Peter Erskine.

Enhco studied jazz and improvisation at the Conservatoire national supérieur de musique et de danse de Paris; he had lessons with Riccardo Del Fra, Hervé Sellin, Dré Pallemaerts and François Théberge, among others. Further recordings were made in 2007 with the Romane/Richard Manetti quartet. At the beginning of 2009, he recorded the album Someday My Prince Will Come for the Japanese label Blue in Green, on which he interpreted jazz standards; his brother David Enhco (trumpet, flugelhorn), Joachim Govin (bass) and Nicolas Charlier (drums) were also involved. In 2012, he recorded the album Jack & John in New York in a trio with John Patitucci and Jack DeJohnette, followed by Fireflies (Label Bleu with Chris Jennings and Nicolas Charlier). In the field of jazz, he was involved in six recording sessions between 2007 and 2013. He has also written film scores for several television and documentary films, including the Arte production The Moonlit Night of Toulon
