Nils Lofgren (born June 21, 1951, Chicago, Illinois) is an American rock musician, musician and multi—instrumentalist, songwriter. Along with his solo work, he is also known as a member of the rock band Crazy Horse (participated in the recording of the debut album), a member of Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band (since 1984), a member and founder/frontman of the band Grin.

Lofgren is included, as a member of the band “Grin”, in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (2014).
