Carlos Eduardo Lyra Barbosa (Rio de Janeiro, 11 de maio de 1933) é um cantor, compositor e violonista brasileiro. Junto com Roberto Menescal, era uma das figuras jovens da bossa nova. Fez parte de uma bossa nova mais ativista, propondo o retorno do ritmo às suas raízes no samba.

Dentre suas canções mais famosas estão “Você e Eu”, “Coisa mais Linda”, “Influência do Jazz”, “Maria Ninguém”, “Minha Namorada”, “Ciúme”, “Lobo Bobo”, “Menina”, “Maria Moita” e “Se É Tarde me Perdoa”.
