In Greek mythology, the figure of KAIROS embodies a “decisive favorable moment” that must be actively seized.

A fitting credo for a band that thrives on creating music together in the here and now and letting the audience participate in this exciting process!

In their compositions, KAIROS are inspired by the rich heritage of a worldwide musical tradition – strong melodies meet subtle timbres and driving rhythms.

The cello instead of the double bass, which is usually the case in jazz, is partly responsible for the lyrical and multifaceted sound of the trio and opens up unimagined possibilities within the compact trio lineup.

Even after several concerts at home and abroad, KAIROS are primarily three friends who like to come together again and again to celebrate the common joy of making music!
