We Fall doesn’t announce itself with much fanfare, and it exits as swiftly as dusk transitioning into night or night into dawn (which gives the whole-album listening experience a sense of fleeting). Don’t be fooled by how unassuming and unobtrusive this music is, though. With We Fall, Josephine Wiggs has built a picturesque bridge between ambient chamber music and pop songwriting.
