Perfect melodies, sharp guitar sounds, a distinctive saxophone, cool bass and lots of party energy are the hallmarks of the Imperial Surfers from Madrid. Unfortunately, one of the musicians now lives in Canada, which means that joint gigs have become rare – but after their last “reunion show” in Madrid in October 2022, the band took the opportunity to record five brand new songs at Pandora’s Vox Cave Studio with Frank Wella, a crisp 60’s Northwest sound with plenty of saxophone, organ, guitar, bass and drums.
